Football World Cup and Innovation in Multimedia services

The Federal Network Agency on 11 January 2006 published a paper "Key elements for the provision of transmission capacity in line with demand" in its Official Gazette. The paper contains the main framework conditions for the provision of sufficient, suitable transmission capacity for both broadcasting and multimedia content, for instance Digital Video Broadcasting-Handheld (DVB H) and Digital Media Broadcasting (DMB).
