Google Online Marketing Challenge - Inscrições Abertas

Google Online Marketing Challenge 2011

Hello,

We are pleased to announce that registration for the 2011 Challenge in now open!

The 2010 Google Online Marketing Challenge got even bigger with over 12,000 students in 60 countries competing and learning about online advertising.

If you are a student your professor, lecturer or whoever teaches you must enter their student team into the Challenge in a further stage. If you think your professors, lecturers or tutors might be interested in signing their classes up for the Challenge, let them know about this opportunity!

Any professor at any higher education institute can register a student team. Students can either be graduates or undergraduates, regardless of discipline.

Student teams receive US$200 of free online advertising with Google AdWords and then work with local businesses to devise effective online marketing campaigns. Teams outline a strategy, run a campaign, assess their results and provide the business with recommendations to further develop their online marketing. Teams submit their reports and are judged by a panel of independent academics from all over the world.

Students gain real-world experience with real clients, facing real challenges. At the same time clients benefit from free advertising and Internet consulting. Google provides US$200 of free advertising in AdWords, the teaching materials and other resources.

To learn more and register, please visit www.google.com/onlinechallenge. Registration closes January 14, 2011 and the Challenge will run from the 31st of January until mid June.

Register now and stay tuned for more information!

On a last note, please help us spread the word! Please forward this announcement to your colleagues and help us make the challenge even bigger!

Thanks,

The Google Online Marketing Challenge Team
