Subway International – Area Development Manager, Iberian Peninsula, PT-Lisbon

To support our development in Spain and Portugal, we are looking to recruit an Area Development Manager (ADM) who will be Subway’s business leader and strategist in this market by assisting Development Agents and Franchisees to achieve company goals.

We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, high-energy individual to be is based in Madrid, Barcelona or Lisbon to fulfill the following tasks:
* Managing the activities of several company territories
* Site evaluations
* Location approvals
* Lease negotiations
* Store openings
* Store evaluations
* Maximizing the Company’s profitability by training, guiding and motivating each territory Development Agent to increase revenue and minimize costs.
* Maximize the market store count, the sales of every store and ensure the collection of royalties
* Development Agent and Franchisee recruitment
* Ongoing support for Development Agents and Franchisees

Candidates must be fluent in two of the following three languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish, and extensive experience in the quick service restaurant or food service industry is preferred, but not essential.
