Concordo inteiramente com quase todos estes factos do marketing moderno. De facto, ponho em questão alguns dos ensinamentos do marketing, principalmente aqueles do tipo que começa " As * regras a nunca esqueçer no marketing"! Estamos sem duvida perante um novo paradigma do marketing e regras como "o cliente tem sempre razão" já deram tanto poder ao cliente que, neste momento, se as empresas não repensam a sua forma de actuação correm o risco de transferir os seus lucros para o importante cliente X, ou Y, whatever.Com o surgimento da Internet e o rumo que esta preconizou nas sociedades, perante a grande democratização da fontes de informação e a vontade de ser diferente deste ser humano que compra bem informado,a unica maneira de fazer marketing tem que ter exclusividade no nome e não pode nunca esqueçer que a publicidade não so deve informar mas deve também ter a função de defesa do ego, entre outras, que permitam ao consumidor pensar: " Comprei caro, mas é bom!" ou " Nunca encontraria melhor!"
