Clicktools provide industry leading web based tools to build, deploy, analyse and act on feedback. We operate in a business to business environment and our customers range from SMB to Global operations. We are expanding and have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be dynamic, ambitious and have a clear understanding of the power and value of effective marketing communications.
Previous experience in a marketing position, preferably within the software market, is a must and we would welcome applications from marketing individuals who feel they can take the next step in terms of responsibility and their career.
The position will require flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work conscientiously under pressure. Our customers enjoy working with us and we pride ourselves on building great customer relationships so a professional, inquisitive and highly communicative nature will be ideal for this interesting and challenging position.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Management of Clicktools website
• Production of promotional materials
• Management of Clicktools attendance at 3rd part events and conferences
• Management of lead generation activities
• Provide regular communication with potential/existing customers on a regular basis
• Providing regular updates to the press/analyst community through releases and briefings
